Payment Policies
Depending on our client’s preferences, payment info can be conveniently and securely stored for future cleaning appointments and repeat service schedules. Payments will be processed on the day of service.

Payment Forms
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
* If you need to make a payment with a credit card, you will receive an invoice with PayPal. Please be aware that PayPal levies a 3.4% fee for processing, which will be added to your total.
If you’re present at the end of the cleaning your Team Lead can accept cash or check.
We can also accept electronic payment using Zelle, or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens and canceling is sometimes necessary. Our policy requires that cancellation or rescheduling must be within 24 hours of the beginning of your arrival window. For example, if your arrival window is 10-10:30 am we would need to hear from you by 10 am at the latest the preceding day. The late cancel/ rescheduling fee is $75 and it is used to compensate the team for lost hours. This helps ensure that we have a stable workforce to service our clients.
*If a Mother B service professional arrives at a scheduled cleaning appointment and is unable to gain access to the home the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of the cleaning.


Tipping Policy
We pride ourselves on the quality services we provide. While gratuity is not required, our teams work hard to ensure you are pleased with our work (see our Reviews!) and are allowed to accept tips during or upon completion of their duties within your home. Gratuity can be in cash, added to cleaning payment, or as a separate Zelle payment. Keeping the tip separate from the cleaning fee just helps ensure the team will receive the correct amount.
